With offices in London and San Francisco, we are a leader in the industry and now a part of the Aristocrat family. We are passionate, creative, fun, innovative and a collaborative team with a common goal to create unique, amazing gaming experiences for our community of users.
You enjoy and thrive in providing customer support to people through an array of different channels such as telephone, email and chat messaging. You are driven to help customers and have major swagger in trouble-shooting and interpersonal relationship skills. You possess excellent organizational, written and oral communication abilities. With an interest in the social and mobile gaming space, you have a positive attitude and are excited to learn more.
